As standard we strive to source only the finest specialty grade coffee beans.
We select from the world of producing nations using established and reputable companies who we are building relationships with.
Its our duty as a roastery to seek the most ethical and sustainable coffee producers and suppliers.
We are proud members of the Specialty Coffee Association SCA and we are continuously seeking partners who’s coffee exceeds the highest quality and standards. Rainforest alliance, organic, fair trade and direct trade are of course all part of our expectations thus allowing greater transparency in the coffee supply chain.
Our Process
At The Shack Roastery we transform the green beans into roasted coffee products. We are driven by our passion and desire to create exceptional espresso blends.
Alongside this we offer seasonal single origin coffees. These coffees offer extremely distinctive aromas and flavours and are a fantastic insight into the world of specialty coffee, it’s producers and regions of the world.
OUR Products
Our first priority is quality. As a small batch roastery, our products change with the seasons and when offers of exceptional quality become available to us.
